Is Intense pulsed light a good method for hair reduction.Or Laser is better.I am getting a good deal on IPL method but i am not sure if IPL is a good method.Advice please.

It kind of stings but it lasts longer than laser, I’d advice to to get as much info as you can, on the clinic, ask to see guides n stuff.
