Is there a certain age you should be for laser hair removal?

I was thinking about buying the VISS IPL laser hair removal thingy but my mom’s worried because I’m only fourteen. I’m getting a physical in like a month so I guess I could ask my doctor then but I don’t wanna get my hopes up if she says it’s not a good idea..
I’ve been thinking about laser hair removal because I ruined my legs with shaving and waxing hurts.. My mom says if my doctor says its ok then I can save up and buy it but is fourteen too young??
